How Long: Classes are 1 hour long.
The transformation programme will include:
- 3 progressive fitness and strength classes per week over a 4 week period
- Measures (and re-measures) and fitness testing (and re-testing!)
- All fitness levels are catered for
- Nutritional plan and recipes
- Online email support
- Only £99 if you book before January 8th! £129 after that
