Where: Community Gyms, The Mill Centre, Mill Lane, Bridge, CT4 4LH (10 minute drive from Canterbury). Parking available.

How Long: Classes are 45 mins long.

What’s involved? 

The transformation programme will include:

  • 3 progressive fitness and strength classes per week over a 4 week period
  • Measures (and re-measures) and fitness testing (and re-testing!)
  • All fitness levels are catered for
  • Nutritional plan and recipes
  • Online email support
  • Only £99 for the first 4 sign ups- then £125
  • Only 12 places
