Luke is a level 3 personal trainer, and the first coach of Community gyms. He enjoys running, obstacle racing, climbing, surfing, weight lifting, yoga, meditation, martial arts, football, squash…etc- pretty much all that type of stuff!

* Crossfit level 1, + Crossfit judges certificate.

* 4th Dan Black belt in Ryushinkan Karate
* QTS (qualified primary school teacher)
Lewis is our assistant head instructor and sports masseur/therapist. He has a degree in Sports therapy, level 2 gym instruction and a UK strength and conditioning qualification.
Rob enjoys weight lifting, par-kour and swimming (which he teaches at King’s school). A Level 2 trainer with a specialism in strength and conditioning. Rob is currently studying strength and conditioning in London so is not coaching at present, but we hope to have him back when he has completed his degree.
Lucy is a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer, and take the aerobics and circuit training classes at Community gyms.
Poppy recently completed a 6 month mentor-ship programme at Community gyms and is our newest coach. She is a level 2 fitness instructor.
